By accessing or using the AffGuard platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
The Service provides IP address intelligence, including but not limited to VPN detection, proxy detection, Tor exit node identification, and fraud risk scoring.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Your API key is provided for your exclusive use. You may not share, sell, or transfer your API key to third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate usage policies or engage in abusive patterns.
All fees are charged in advance. Wallet balances are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days notice.
We process IP address data to provide our Services. We do not store personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for account management and billing. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could harm or harass individuals. Automated scraping, bulk data extraction beyond your plan limits, or reverse engineering of our detection systems is prohibited.
This section applies to all entities submitting IP intelligence data to the platform ("Providers").
Providers are strictly prohibited from submitting any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). This includes but is not limited to: Names, Email addresses, Physical addresses, Phone numbers, or Government IDs. We only accept technical metadata associated with IP addresses.
Data submission must follow the "Flag Only" model. Providers shall only submit an IP address and a corresponding technical flag (e.g., is_vpn=1, chargeback=1). No context regarding the specific user or transaction that generated the flag shall be provided.
The processing of submitted IP metadata is performed under the legal basis of Legitimate Interest for the purposes of network security, fraud prevention, and protecting the integrity of online ecosystems. Providers warrant that their data collection complies with local privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA).
warning Submission of any PII or violation of this policy will result in the immediate and permanent termination of the Provider account, forfeiture of all pending payouts, and full legal indemnity for the Service operator.
Payouts are calculated based on unique data entries only. If an IP address submitted by a Provider already exists in the Service's database with identical metadata, that entry is considered a duplicate and is ineligible for payout. The Service's internal database timestamp shall be the final arbiter in determining data freshness and uniqueness.
The Service is provided "as is". We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
